Happy Birthday!!!
Becca, I love you and Happy 19th Birthday!!!!Hope your day is as good as mine was 19 years ago:). Seth has strep so goto the doctor if your throat starts to hurt since you ate lunch with him earlier. See you Saturday.
I am 6 years post surgery for thyroid cancer. This surgery left me without functioning parathyroid glands...that is way I use to be a CALCIUM Junky. The parathyroids produce a hormone HPT. This hormone regulates calcium in the blood. I now have partial HPT so I have limited calcium regulation in my blood. Without this simple mineral that I never leave home without I can go into tetany, a large charlie horse, that starts in the hands, face, and feet. With more time it will be all over and hard as a rock. My heart beat feels like a rock crushing into my chest and breathing gets harder. Sadly most ERs want to give us insulin thinking we are diabetics. So I trust no one and ALWAYS have Calcium on me.
